The Asia Pacific Area Leadership Development plan, called IGNITE, is a forward looking, five year initiative to develop and equip leaders within the Asia Pacific area to impact their nations for Christ.

The overall goal of IGNITE is to enable effective leadership development across the Asia Pacific Area through a combination of local, national, regional, area, and international contexts so that our staff and volunteers are equipped, empowered, encouraged, and challenged to reach more young people for Christ.

• YFCI Young Leader Development and Empowerment Process
  


• Project Servant -- Encouraging volunteerism


• National Training Assistance -- Assisting our national training initiatives
  


• Resources -- providing training materials and online education


• Coaching -- equipping leaders with effective coaching skills

The various components leverage the advantages of local, regional, area-wide, and international contexts to deliver the training. Additional opportunities are provided through Field Placements and Project Serve Internships to offer further practical experience after the training.

The five year cost of IGNITE is projected to be US$467,567.
