[Scott Cougill] [Jick] [Randy]

Scott Cougill is the Asia Pacific Area Director for YFC International effective May 1, 2004. Prior to this, Scott served our Area as IT Director and as our Inter-nation Project Manager responsible both for our IT strategy and coordinating multi-nation projects across the area.

Prior to joining YFC in 2002, Scott worked for 15 years in the corporate world in sales, management, staffing, and marketing roles primarily focused in technology companies. He volunteered on the Board and as Board Chairman with Central Indiana YFC in the States prior to this move into full-time missions.

Scott and his wife, Cathren, moved their family of six to Melbourne, Australia in July 2002 to work with YFC Asia Pacific. They have four children, Faith (born 1991), Tim (born 1993), Matthew (born 1996), and Paul (born 1997) who are excited about their parents desire to serve God full-time and the opportunity to meet new friends in Melbourne, Australia.

Both Scott and Cat grew up in Indiana USA with Cat graduating from Anderson College and working as a teacher for 5 years. Scott graduated from Wabash College with a degree in Psychology and received an MBA in Marketing and Management from Indiana University in 1991. [top]

Jick
Jick or Siriwan joined YFCI's family on March 2006. Her role is to assist the Asia Pacific Area Director in all ways as she works as an Assistant. Her primary interest in the ministry is to work with God's young people - to see more and more of them coming to know Jesus Christ and grow up in His way.

Jick was born in Bangkok, but grew up in Chiang Mai. She graduated from Chiangmai University, majoring in English. She had worked for some Christian organizations in Chiangmai for 2 years before joining with YFCI.

Jick
Randy Beaverson serves as our USA Liason Director and is based out of Indianapolis, Indiana USA. Randy and his wife, Valerie, have been serving with Youth for Christ for nearly 20 years. Randy directed Campus Life programs in northern Indianapolis and IPS schools, then served as Central Indiana YFC's Executive Director until 2001. He then served as Director and Valerie as Nurse at Echo Ranch Bible Camp in Alaska. Since returning to the Indianapolis area in 2004, Randy has served as Northeast Area Coordinator for Central Indiana YFC. Through the years, whether through "small" things like individual time spent with kids and staff - or "large" things like leadership of Billy Graham's Indiana Crusade student outreach, the Beaversons have relished seeing many young people find eternal hope in a relationship with Christ.
